Born in Denmark, January 17th 1972

Tina Tarpgaard is a freelance dancer and choreographer and the co-founder of recoil performance group. She was educated dancer at Rambert School in London, England (www.rambertschool.org.uk) and Ecole Atelier Rudra Bejart in Lausanne, Switzerland (www.bejart-rudra.ch).
As a freelance dancer she has worked with various Choreographers. Amongst others Ohad Naharin (Israel), Paul Selwyn Norton (Netherlands) Rui Horta (Portugal), Jorma Outinen (Finland), Marie Brolin Tani (Sweden) and Tim Rushton (DK).


From 2001 till 2005 she was dancer at DDT (Danish Dance Theatre) with whom she has toured in Europe, North America, Africa and the Middle East. In 2001 she received Neel Resling Halperns award for young talented dancers and in 2002 Albert Gaubiers award.

Tina started choreographing in 2001 where she created the piece “She Flesh” in collaboration with Desire Davids at the “Women’s art festival” in Durban, South Africa.
She created video installations and choreography for the event human/nature at the Cell Space venue in San Francisco, California.
Since 2003 her works has been presented through recoil performance group at various festivals in Copenhagen, London, Geneva, Amsterdam and Dresden.
The creation “cognitive debris” from 2005, won a CYNETart award 2006 at the Trans-Media-Akademie Hellerau in Desden Germany.

 
Rastko Lazic - Sound Engineer and VJ, Serbia

Born in Belgrade, Serbia 1970.

He lived and worked in Zambia, Great Britain, Thailand , Denmark, Serbia and Iran. After obtaining an degree at the School of Audio Engineering "Alchemia' in London, England he begins composing music and working with computers as a media.

In Copenhagen he worked as a live sound engineer on a number of concerts and theatre works.
For the Danish Film Institute Workshop he mixed and created sound for a number of documentaries and experimental films. His piece ª Travelling ´ was a part of the Culture City Festival and was played through a PA system installed under the main city square.In Belgrade, Serbia he worked on the Album "Life Begins when you are 30" with the Darkwood Dub Band.

He produces music for the popular TV serial "Mile Against the Transition" shown on the B92 TV station.
His piece "Lunch Box" is a part of the "Oktobarski Salon" manifestation in Belgrade.
He performs on the "Dispach" electronic music festival.
He currently works as art director for new media in the "Ozon" gallery in Belgrade.
Rastko works as an WWW designer and has his own hosting company in Belgrade.

Pelle Skovmand - Musician and composer, DK

Born in Denmark 1970.

Pelle is the co-founder of recoil performance group.
He is educated at the academy of rhythmical music in Copenhagen, Denmark and at Skurup Folkhögskola in Skaane, Sweden.Since 1999 he has been a freelance musician and composer of electronic music. He has composed music for the Ghetto Blaster Ensemble, Copenhagen that has toured in Toronto, London, Gothenburg and Copenhagen.He composed music for various performances, video installations and short film, amongst others the short film ”Out of Time” by Stephen Freiheit and the performance “The End “ by Erik Pold.Pelle was composer and software programmer for the performances ”cognitive debris”, Facetwoface” and ”Horizontal Vertigo”, that was performed at Kanonhallen and Dancescenen in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Sasa Mackic - Photographer and Video artist, DK

Born 27.09.1965 in the city of Banja Luka, former Yugoslavia.

Used to work as a technician, bartender, gardener….
From 1993 live in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Educated photographer from “Danish School of Photography”(“Dansk Fotografisk Skole”) 1997-2001 under mentorship of photographers Ole Raffel and Lars Kaslov.

Since 2002 work as a professional photographer and his commercial works are published in major Danish magazines. From 2005 he is editor of photography of “Djembe”- Danish world-music magazine.
As a still photographer or stage light designer worked with many Danish dance and theatre groupes.
As a video-photographer he worked with “ Kugla” - house of extreme music theatre from Zagreb, Croatia.
Together with Rastko Lazic shoot and produced several short and experimental movies.

Dragana Bulut - Dancer and Choreographer, Serbia

Born in Mostar, Bosnia Hercegovina October 14th 1983.
Since 1992 she has lived in Belgrade, Serbia.
She was educated dancer at the Classical Ballet School ”Lujo Davi o”
in Belgrade. She is currently working as a dancer in Slovenia.
After finishing her education in 2002 she has performed in various
dance performances in Serbia performing in Croatia, Bosnia, Bulgaria
and Marcedonia.

Her own creation ”Blank verse” won the 2nd prize of the jury and the
audience prize at the choreography festival at Belgrade National
Theatre in 2004.
She was granted scholarships to participate in various international
workshops in Austria, USA and Italy.
